Control and Metering offers three distinct series of bulk bag discharger: the Flo-Easy Series, the Flo Series and the Iso Flo™ Series. The main distinguishing feature between these dischargers is the hopper design. The Flo-Easy dischargers feature an economical, 40° sloped hopper suitable for discharging a wide range of ingredients. The Flo Series has a 60° sloped hopper for discharging poor flowing ingredients. The Iso Flo dischargers come with either the 40°or 60°hopper complete with a bag outlet clamping system enclosed in an isolation chamber. The Iso Flo dischargers are used to discharge any ingredient that requires a high level of dust containment such as hazardous, toxic or sanitary products.

The prime factors in determining which of the discharger series you require are the type of ingredient, the type of bag to be discharged and the allowable level of dust emissions. The Flo-Easy Series is suitable for easy to moderately flowing ingredients such as pellets, granules and some powders in outlet spouted and porthole style bags. The Flo Series can handle a wide variety of ingredients and bag styles. The Iso Flo dischargers can handle easy to poor flowing ingredients in outlet spouted bags.
