Output Bulk Bag Filling |

Control and Metering offers the unique Carousel, a
high output bulk bag filling station which can fill up to 70 bags
an hour. This has interesting implications from an operating cost
savings point of view, most especially, in the areas of transport,
warehousing and just-in-time capabilities. |

Test Lab |
|
In order to assess how an ingredient will perform in
bags on Control and Metering Equipment, we provide a Test lab service.
Witnessed or videoed tests are offered on a range of machines. We
reserve the right not to accept hazardous ingredients, and, where
appropriate, offer to ship test lab equipment to your location in
order to evaluate Control and Metering’s equipment’s superior performance.

Start-up |
|
Control and Metering stresses the benefit of using
our start-up service. Experience has shown that production delays
are greatly reduced when Control and Metering Personnel are present
at start-up. A smooth transition to production is a concern we share
with our customers. |

Training |
|
Control and Metering offers three main categories of training.
First, group training is offered to introduce operators and supervisors
to the design and operating features of the equipment. Second, at
start -up, our service personnel instruct operators in the appropriate
operating practices for the equipment . We find this greatly reduces
later process delays. Thirdly, we offer refresher courses in operating
the equipment to bring along new employees or to remind former operators
of recommended practices and improvements.
